"The assistants in this agency were very nice at first but, after a car hit me in a parking lot and was told by State Farm their contracted body shops that they ssid it was pole damage. I did nt hit a pole!!!! And because I made the claim it will stay n my record for 3 years eventhough I'm not having them fix it. They should have told me to go have it estimated as well first before I made the claim.I signed up for the Safe Driver program and on their app it tracks corning,braking,speed and acceleration. We'll I'm a damn safe driver, no accidents in 40 yrs,they indicate that my braking is not good. I don't slam on my brakes, I slow down and gently apply the brakes. On their cornering they don't consider people who parkwhere they have to turn arounds,or pulling out of a tight space. I'm going to be switching agents. I'm stuck with them because I'm sure I'd get dinged for the claim. And 2 body shops ssid that a car or truck could have done it. They don't want to pay."
